Why do they cancel things for that little snow? Is it just so that everyone can sit at home and admire it before it melts?
Partly. And, the roads were super icy b/c we don't have many salt trucks

My work was cancelled on Friday for less than a 1/4 inch of snow. Sometimes, life in the South is awesome.
